It is Monday, the 6th of March, and the following changes have been implemented:

- Requisitioning upgrades to ship artefacts will no longer fail on ships in natural harbours, despite being upgradeable off-ship in the same harbour.

- Ministers will once again be able to edit CHELP scrolls.

- Some loopholes with area control tank/beacon placement (including flux) have been patched, meaning they'll no longer end up in out of subdivision housing or similar.

- Everyone in an area when a beacon resolves will now receive one minute of grace.
