It is Tuesday, the 16th of November, and the following changes have been implemented:

- Developing a subdivision plot will no longer send the gold cost to the trade ministry, instead consuming the gold for development of the plot as intended. Additional internal cost of commodity use will be directed to the trade ministry, as previous.
