For those of you curious about the negative credit adjustments, our
processor was backlogged and after our efforts to process by hand,
decided to notify us for all the purchases that were backed up. This of
course resulted in a double credit to your account. The adjustment
simply nullifies the duplicate credits. Apologies for this processing
weirdness. It should be all cleared up now.
