I am pleased to announce the works that have been selected this month
from among the many entries submitted to the Fellowship. As a note to
submitters, please read HELP CONTESTS and send us graphic and written
work only in the formats we ask for. When you do not, it slows down
the judging process significantly. Thank you, and on to the
results...
For the Bardic Contest:
-First Place-
"Monsters," a tale by Flick, with a clever and poignant ending.
-Runners Up-
"The Jester and the Sentinel," in which the chagrined forest dweller
makes the aquaintence of one of the new tricksters, by Tranox.
-Merit Awards-
"The Basilica," by Nubi tells about the former home of the Church in
the style of an engaging narrative.
"Living for Revenge," Mulkerrin's story of a turning point in a young
Theran's life, and the eventual consequences.
"The Serpentlords," in which Vand presents his findings from his time
spent researching the long history of the guild.
For the Artisanal Contests:
-First Place-
"Face Off," by Ravana depicts followers of the doctrines of good,
neutral, evil from each different race.
-Runners Up-
"Tattoos," by Emty painstakingly catalogues the assortment of tattoos
available to Achaeans.
"Kru'lax," by Idempotent illustrates the infamous harpy in all her
dubious glory.
"Self Portrait," by Merik represents her fiery personality!
-Merit Awards-
"The Charter," by Elsp depicts the Oakstone Charter in her unique
style.
"Self Portrait," by Delphinus, the Atavian Druid.
"Warlock," by Darkfenix portrays a powerful magic user.
"Self Portrait," (yes, another one) by Zeto has an entertaining take
on the artist's eventful brushes with Divine Law.
Penned by my hand on the 1st of Sarapin, in the year 301 AF.
