Try out the TOPGUILDS command. This gives a score for each guild, for
the previous real-life day (updated at midnight GMT) for how "active"
that guild was that day. It doesn't correspond to any particular thing,
as it's just a score derived at by a formula. Higher is better.

Using this, you can see how your guild compares to other guilds in terms
of activity. If your guild consistently scores low, then chances are it
needs to work on recruitment, and needs to be getting novices into full
members asap (novices are not counted in the score).
