I've standardized artifact weapons in that you can't wield an artifact
belonging to someone else (some of them were like this before, some
weren't. It was pretty haphazard). In any case, I no doubt missed making
some of your artifacts loyal to you, so if you find yourself unable to
wield one of your artifacts, please message me just saying you need it
made loyal to you, and include the item number. Thanks.
