I've made a number of bashing-related adjustments. All of the following
only apply vs. mobiles:

1. Upgraded decay.
2. Upgraded smite.
3. Upgraded staffcast.
4. Upgraded bleed (vs. players too)
5. Downgraded Tekura slightly.
6. Downgraded camus some.
7. Upgraded garrote.

Every class still does not bash with the same level of efficiency, and
they never will. As I examined things though, some of the discrepancies
were too large, so we've narrowed the gaps some.
