1) Assassins and Champions can no longer hire other assassins, or take
other Champions. This is to avoid situations where an assassin or
Champion can effectively legally team by contracting his hit out to
other assassins, or taking other Champions to help him. Not that teaming
is illegal, mind you, but we feel that if the person doing the hiring
wants to hire multiple assassins, he or she will. It's not fair for the
assassin to make the person who hired him liable for another death,
because the assassin hires another assassin or asks a Champion to help.
