Given the new HELP PK rules which state that you may not take revenge on
behalf of someone else, unless you are an assassin, I have put in a new
system, called Champions. Functionally, they are basically the same as
assassins, but I recognize that some of you don't want to be labelled
assassins. HELP CHAMPIONS will tell you about it.

I've also raised the xp gain of assassins and Champions by 33%, to help
compensate for the fact that they are potentially frequent targets for
PK.
