I've made some rather drastic changes to: Longswords, Broadswords,
Scimitars, Rapiers, and Battleaxes. Using a spreadsheet that came up
with a single 'efficiency' number (efficiency at dealing damage), I then
adjusted based on the fact that faster weapons also deliver more venoms
more quickly, etc. In any case, when looking at the adjustments, don't
try to compare on a point by point basis, as a point of damage is not
equal to a point of speed is not equal to a point of to-hit.

The end result is that rapiers got a huge downgrade in speed, a
downgrade in to-hit, and a small downgrade in damage. I realized that
the speed on rapiers was actually set far higher than I had intended it,
which is why the speed was downgraded so much.

Longswords and Scimitars got small upgrades. Broadswords got a somewhat
larger upgrade, and Battleaxes got quite a large upgrade.

Further, you can now use battleaxes to DSL, RSL, Raze, Cleave, and
Behead with. You cannot, however, use rapiers to Cleave or Behead
anymore.
