a contest!

We've had a number of requests for Achaea t-shirts, so we're going to
have a contest to design t-shirt logo(s). Enter by sending a .jpg or
.gif image to shirts@achaea.com. These images must be no bigger than 8
inches by 10 inches (either horizontal or vertical). They should be
between 150 and 300 dpi, and be aware that any white in the image will
show up as the colour of the fabric. White ink is NOT possible with the
process we're going to use. Very light colours could be affected by the
colour of the shirt too.

In order for your image to have the best chance of winning, print it
out, and see what it looks like that way. If it looks bad on paper, it
will look bad on the t-shirt.

The artist of each design we use will receive 500 credits plus a free
t-shirt with his or her design on it. The artist should also feel free
to sign his or her character's name in an inobtrusive way, to signify
who created it. Of course, if it looks better without that, leave it
out.

We'll just keep this contest open for awhile, and if we decide to use
your entry, we will let you know and give you the credits. Thanks!

Penned by my hand on the 11th of Lupar, in the year 284 AF.
