Okay, a few changes...

First, I've redone how MORE works, the consequence of this is that a
lot more things can use it (and use it properly) and it'll also show you
how much you've already seen (as a percentage at the bottom). Quite
useful. Notably, the WHO list will be MORE'd now. However due to some
difference with old files, it may not display exactly how many lines of
text you've set as your pagelength.

Second, instead of taking the time to write a post formatter, I've just
redone how the Achaea COmposer breaks long lines of text. You'll find
that if you insert a normal sized line (less than the width of the
header) then it works as before. However, if you do entire paragraphs on
one line (like some of you do) it will nicely format your paragraph for
you in fully justified lines. I highly recommend doing a paragraph at a
time if possible.

Third, I've changed some configuration options (well just move some).
And they can now be found in CONFIG. Among those added are ANSI,
PAGELENGTH, and PROMPT. This will hopefully just be the start of moving
all the configurable things into this newer easier to remember format.
Incidentally, the PAGELENGTH is what's used by MORE. Check it out.

Fourth, necromancers will now find it takes time to do extermination.
It simply wasn't fair for you guys to waltz through killing forests.

Fifth, Dopplegangers are now limited to local area as they were
originally designed.

I think that about covers it.
