I've made a couple changes. First, due to the immense quantity of useless crap on the public news, and at the practically unanimous urging of the Elders, I've put a cost on posting on the public news. It now costs 1000 gold to post there.

Also, in an on-going effort to try and reduce combat spam, you'll notice that people no longer see you lighting pipes, and that the spam from large groups of entities or animals following a person is greatly reduced. Please let me know if you notice any problems with entities or animals following you.
