Moghedu, where many gemstones are mined, now has artifact vials for sale in a shop near the entrance. The original price that was announced was 25 credits, but the Mhunna has ordered his wizards to alter the vials so that now it takes the same amount of elixir to fill an artifact vial to 100 sips as it does to fill a normal vial to 50 or 60 sips. He has deemed that the new price with this addition shall be 40 credits.
