Although it should be patently obvious to everyone, some people don't seem to understand concepts of fairness unless they are shoved down their throats.

So, in that spirit of things, let me state unequivocally that jumping someone as he/she comes out of the Arena is pathetic and from hereonin is going to get you punished. If you're unsure when jumping someone if the situation qualifies for the above prohibition, I'd suggest erring on the side of caution.
