I have replaced the OOC channel with the chat channel. This is to reflect the fact that there is nowhere in Achaea that you can say whatever you want to or about someone and expect there to be no reprecussions if the person you are insulting hears you or hears about you doing it publically.

Also, I've made a file called HELP LANGUAGERULES which will explain our policy on what isn't appropriate for public channels.
