Although I've long planned to downgrade magi, as I think they are clearly overpowered, I have finally done it. It's probably not as extreme as some of you magi-haters might like, but c'est la vie. It's also probably more extreme than some of you magi would like, but I do what is best in my judgement.

In any case, I've increased the eq-time on stormhammer, and I've made radical changes to retardation vibe. Basically, retardation works the same as before, except that it destroys other vibes in the same room with it. My advice to you magi is to think of creative ways to use retardation. It wasn't ever meant to be one of your 'core' vibrations, as it's too powerful for that. Anyway, retardation now destroys one other vibe in the room with it every 6 seconds or so.
