Well, I just got back from the UK (and for anyone who cares, it was 10 of the worst hours of my life. =) and happily, it seems that the machine hasn't crashed for about 16 hours now. This is a very Good Thing. I'm not exactly sure what Mudservices did to fix the machine, but I should make a correction to Daedalus' post: Twas Xandor who spent nearly 23 continuous hours dealing with Mudservices, not me. I'm very grateful for his help, and all of you should be too!
