Minor changes. First, I have raised the Xoran constitution by 2, from 13 to 15. I did this because I looked at that race and felt that the healing disadvantage they were under was not compensated for by their stats.

Second, I've increased the effectiveness of health and mana elixirs for those with concoctions. There is no advantage at inept, and it slowly increases to an average of about 15% more effective if you have Transcendent concoctions. That's quite a change actually, considering that a Ceylonese ring (which raises only the effectiveness of a health elixir, albeit by 20%) costs 800 credits.
