shouting

Well, as you saw, the referendum on shouting is over. Final tally:
1) Leave them as is: 92 votes
2) Make them cost xp: 72 votes
3) Ban them: 33 votes
The way I would interpret these is that the people who voted to ban them would be happier with restricting them more than with leaving them as is, so effectively, restricting shouts more won by 105-92. I also happen to agree that it's a good thing, so even though it's a close vote, the restrict-shouts-more camp did win, and I'm going to do so, I'm not sure how yet, and it may not be for a week or so, but we are going to do it I think. I would like to establish a situation whereby shouting only happens when someone has something important to say to the game, rather than when someone feels like babbling something that does nothing but lower the atmosphere of Achaea.
