First, I've made rapiers able to slash (so that they can be used for doubleslash.)

Second, I've created a market channel and market newsboard. All buying and selling of credits, herbs, etc should take place on that newsboard and that channel now please, so as not to spam shouts and the public board with them.

Third, I've added some new emotes: eww, gross, curious, determined, stars, tired, waggle, suspicious, happygasp, massage, cupcheek, gentlehands, tremble, thought, and smug.

Fourth, Gods who are not patrons of a city will no longer be able to join a city and listen in/speak on the city channel. Someone will have to make the Gods a citizen in order for the God to do that.
