Ok, first of all, apologies on the trouble the repeated-new-year bug caused (cities got charged about 10x for shop protection costs, shop taxes were assessed 10x, clan dues were assessed 10x, etc). We're going to move everyones' age down 9 years, and I'll be reimbursing the cities for the shop protection costs they incurred that they shouldn't have.

I would ask that city leaders take care of forgiving the excess taxes on shops, and clan leaders do the same for clan members. Thanks!
