We are getting a steady stream of reports about people getting in game messages or emails about their memberships failing to renew, whether or not a membership is due to renew or not.

We have checked the early reports, and there haven't been any attempts to renew early, or claim moneys from our purchaser, or failure to renews on the game itself.

We are investigating this and will update as soon as we have an answer!
