I have done a little race balancing. I've also given everyone the ability to REINCARNATE again. You must be dead to reincarnate, however.

The changes are as such:
Horkval: Boosted intelligence by 1. Gave them health regen, level 1.
Troll: Increased fire susceptibility to level 3.
Rajamala: Added level 1 slow elixir healing.
Tsolaa: Boosted dexterity by 1
Dwarf: Boosted strength and constitution by 1
Xoran: Boosted constitution and dexterity by 1
Mhun: Boosted dexterity by 1
Human: Added faster xp gain, level 1
Atavian: Removed slow xp gain
Grook: No changes.
