Hey folks,

Unfortunately, during the Pazuzu event, the process we used to make certain areas inaccessible also wiped the exploration ratings for those areas. We have been looking into this from every direction we can think of, and we cannot find a way to revert this.

What we are currently doing is working on a new way to temporarily lock areas out for access for events going forward, one that won't affect exploration, and we are also collating a list of quest-only locations, most notably in the elemental planes where a character must have allegiance in order to access, and marking these to not count for exploration going forward.

Makarios and I offer our sincere apologies to those affected by this, and we hope our mitigation this week prevents this from happening in the future.
