Upcoming conflict adjustments

Just so everyone is forewarned, the following changes will go live for area control tomorrow, so plan accordingly!
1. Liberated territory now remembers who it was liberated from for four of that organisations phases after the fact. If that org takes a territory adjacent to the liberated territory in that timeframe, they will reclaim it (assuming noone else has taken it first). For example, if Cyrene liberates Moghedu from Mhaldor but then Mhaldor conquers the Mhojave, they will take the Mhojave and also flip Moghedu back to them. This is to make it a bit easier to build back territory you've lost if you plan well (and more important to pick your targets for liberation carefully).
2. New investment: ADAPTATION. This forces an area that currently has a battle being waged over it to gain special conditions if it doesn't already have any.
3. New investment: EXPANSION. This will carry a 20000 spirit cost and a substantial cooldown, but will let an organisation reset their beacon timer if they wish to invest more heavily in conquest than other bonuses. Note that this must be done outside of your phase, when you do not have another beacon active or in hand (essentially you can't double up two beacons in one phase - they must be done separately). Empires will likely not have access to this investment, as its intended more to make the territory->nation->empire conflict more scrappy rather than to maintain an empire once you have it.
Skulls for the skull throne!
