Recently there seems to have been a rash of sudden lag followed by nasty disconnections. This doesn't appear to be Achaea's software, but our machine somehow, judging by a traceroute. We lease all our equipment and don't have physical access to it, but I am e-mailing our ISP and asking them to look into it.
