Unfortunately there was an issue with the xp deficit mechanic that started to manifest recently. This mostly appeared for much higher level people actively engaged in pk, but it did mean they gained way more xp than they should have (without respecting their deficit caps). Players have no real way to know when they'd hit their deficit cap or not, so noone is at fault here - but it does mean people are going to lose levels as we remove a good portion of the extra. You should all end up where you should be (or slightly higher, in many cases), and this mostly impacts very high level people who have been actively engaged in pk (as that is where the issue manifests).
