Some clarification and guidance

First up, a reminder!
We have posted about this more than once to the Leaders newsboard, but will state this again for everyone. Harassment in any form is a matter of OOC game policy and is not to be arbitrated by players.
It needs to also be made very clear that weaponising such accusations to use IC is also considered to be harassment and such attempts of character assassination will not be tolerated.
It is very very difficult to undo the harm such accusations cause, and it is very easy to make such accusations. Be very sure of what you are stating if you want to take it IC (i.e the involved persons have taken this to the administration and the issue has been ruled on), otherwise a punishment deemed equal or more damaging than the harm you have caused will be levied upon your character.
Secondly, pronouns.
Due to a number of mechanical concerns, Achaea does not (at this time) support non binary pronouns. While you are welcome to express your personal preference it is not a punishable offence to use someone's pronouns as given by the game (via honours, reactions, emotes, and similar). As always, if you do not wish to interact with someone for any reason, please use the IGNORE system.
Finally, disabilities in character.
This is a difficult and sensitive subject.
Certain systems in Achaea have always had a level of OOC competence required. While you can state that you are the best fighter to ever come out of Mhaldor, you do also need to have the combat prowess to back that up, which requires OOC talent. You may also wish to lay claim to the title of Lord Phaestus's favoured designer in character, but you will need the OOC writing ability to effectively back this up. You might also aspire to be Achaea's most smooth politician, but you also need to back this up with savvy political manoeuvering and carefully considered stances.
It is entirely okay for your characters to claim to be all of these things in game, even if you do not have the ability to back the claims up, but it is then entirely appropriate for your character to experience the repercussions of your failure (this might be public board mockery, it might be loss of organisation position, it might be loss of commerce, and more.)
It can be very difficult and in some cases even impossible to separate our OOC limitations from our in-character interactions. But it is important that OOC matters are not used to sway gameplay and consequences for our characters. An OOC impairment should never be an excuse for IC behaviour/actions that you have opted into.
It is not okay to make OOC excuses for why you should be allowed to keep your IC claims when you cannot back these up IC.
