Just a quick headsup to let you all know that we have switched email providers recently and that most non @gmail accounts are experiencing some issues with email delivery.

If you've emailed us (Nicola, Makarios, Support, Customisations, Pets, etc) in the last couple of weeks and not gotten a response yet, please file an issue and we will double check if it's in the queue, if we think we've answered it, or if it's not been received at all.

We are working on resolving this, but trying to minimise things falling through the cracks as we do.
