I've just updated HELP RACES TALISMANS to reflect the completion bonus. This was previously only referenced in the original announce post from March 2017.

Completing this set awards a double-headed coin, themed for the Aldar.

This coin no longer gives single target hatred, and instead, when flipped at a target, for the next 35 seconds, they will consider all members of their race to be an enemy.
