Well, the results of the referendum on the OOC channel are in, and
they are overwhelmingly in favour of bringing it back, so I will do so.
To those of you who don't care for it, just leave it off. We will not be patrolling it, I don't think, but if we get reports of things like over-use of obscenities, etc, you'll lose your ability to communicate.
