By request of Swordman, I have added a 'weather on/off' command. This will toggle whether you see weather in room descriptions. WEATHER ON turns it on (on by default). WEATHER OFF turns it off. You will still see blizzards though, as otherwise all you'd see in a blizzard room is blank space after the room title.
