Hi folks!

I'm pleased to say that we've fixed the problems caused by the double new year issue now, and we've done the following to set things right:

- Mark reputation loss for the extra year was refunded
- Ships that were in drydock because of this were removed from drydock
- Ships that were already removed from drydock prior to us making this fix, were refunded the cost to their strongbox
- Cities were refunded the doubly paid yearly shop protection fees
- All shop owners for cities (and Delos) were given gold to cover the extra year of taxes that had accrued. This will let you pay them off and clear the invalid debts.
