Birthday Lotteries Continue!

Congratulations to Seragorn, Ielana, Proficy, Penwize, Andraste, and Cooper on winning the first lottery!
I am pleased to announce that lottery 35 will momentarily be open for ticket sales!
It will run from Serenade tonight (00:01 of the 11th) and will be drawn on the Serenade of Friday 21st September (that's Thursday night for the westerners!)
This lottery is unique insofar as the tickets are sold for five bound credits each, and the prizes are appropriately more valuable as a consequence!
The reason I am posting here about it is that the first prize deserves more explanation than the LOTTERY output can provide you:
First prize will earn the winner a choice of three new paragons out of a total of five we will be releasing for public sale in the near future. Each of these is themed to a neutral class and can be used regardless of your currently active class. They also trade in at a value of 500 credits.
- an ascetic paragon; themed for the Monk class, this paragon when active converts a small portion of mana used into health. This will incur a cooldown between uses.
- a euphonious paragon; themed for the Bard class, this paragon will allow the user to open dialogue with a denizen and in doing so, persuade them to reveal tidbits of information about themselves.
- a cursed bloodstone paragon; themed for the Shaman class, the owner of this paragon can invoke a rune upon the ground in their location, conveying harmful or helpful effects upon all present.
- a vitreous paragon; themed for the Magi class, while this paragon is active, taking low to moderate damage from magical sources restores a small amount of mana. This will incur a cooldown between uses.
- a sinuous virescent paragon; themed for the Serpent class, this paragon conveys heightened awareness of hypnosis upon the user for a short duration, greatly enhancing their ability to detect various hypnosis related actions.
Second, third, and fourth places will win themselves 10 premium spin tokens for the wheel of fortune, as well as an artefact-quality birthday vial!
Fifth, sixth, and seventh places will win a rare piece talisman cache as well as the same artefact-quality birthday vial!
Due to the credit cost of buying in, all non winning lottery tickets will convert to gold when the lottery is drawn, at a rate of 10,000 gold per ticket.
