If you have an Iron Elite membership and you pay via a PayPal account, this is a MUST READ.

Paypal will NEVER automatically cancel your subscription without your input.

If it fails to take payment three times in one month your membership will go inactive (not cancelled) and Paypal will simply try again next month. The subscription still exists. If you assume the membership is cancelled and then buy a new one, you will be billed for the two memberships you now have.

We fix a lot of double billing scenarios where customers think that letting a membership lapse will cancel it. If you use PayPal, it does NOT.

If for whatever reason you want to cancel a PayPal subscription:
* Login to your PayPal account.
* Navigate to Preapproved Payments page.
* Cancel your scheduled payment from there.

If you bought your membership directly via our website with a credit or debit card, this post does NOT apply to you.
