A Shiptrade Bug

Today we became aware of a prolific and unfortunate bug with shiptrades, the team has been hard at work mitigating the damage this has done in the last 24 hours, upwards of 40 million gold that flooded into the economy.

Due to the sheer numbers involved, all captains who involved themselves in this practice have had all gold earned via the method removed. If they bought clans with the gold, these clans no longer exist, if they commissioned ships with the gold, these ships will not be built, if they bought credits, converted to lessons, and learned abilities, the learning has been reversed in an amount in accordance with the gold spent on the credits.

No one has been shrubbed, but all strongboxes of the ships used in this practice have had their contents wiped.

If you encounter something in Achaea that feels too good to be true (earning more than the bashing cap in gold in a quarter of a day is a VERY good sign of this) bug it, and do NOT make use of it.

We were lenient today, removing only what was gained in the last 24 hours of this bug, but bug abuse can and will result in loss of character.

Penned by My hand on the 3rd of Lupar, in the year 740 AF.
