There seems to be some confusion about what the ISSUE command is for (HELP ISSUES). It is not for bugs, or for suggestions, or for typo reports. The BUG, IDEA, and TYPO commands are for that. The issues log is for other, customer service-related things, such as needing a shop, needing a mentor test etc. Thank you.
