Classleads July 2016 round - batch 4

With the start of August, we bring you the fourth batch of classleads from the July 2016 round. There are some fairly significant changes here, so we'll be keeping a close eye to make sure everything is functioning within desirable bounds.

Alchemy
-------
* LEAD may now be targeted at other adventurers, functioning as a tentacle tattoo style effect.

Apostasy
--------
* BLOODPACT no longer costs equilibrium to use.
* The DAEMONITE loyal has had its rate of attack sped up somewhat.

Chivalry
--------
* FALCON hunger costs have all been adjusted down.

Devotion
--------
* BLOODSWORN can now be performed between any two people who possess the devotion skill. Class is no longer a factor.
* BLOODSWORN has had its benefits adjusted down slightly.
* INQUISITION has been sped up somewhat.
* Each ELEMENTAL DISRUPTION on a target now counts as 5% missing mana for the purposes of inquisitions mana requirements.

Formulation
-----------
* TOXIN has been added to the skill.

Healing
-------
* EARTH DISRUPT no longer slows down herb balance. It now causes mana damage if the afflicted target applies a salve with the affliction present.
* All ELEMENTAL DISRUPTIONS except SPIRIT have had their speeds standardised. This has resulted in a speed increase for most.
* SPIRIT DISRUPT is now slightly faster, although it is still slower than other disruptions.

Metamorphosis
-------------
* INFERNO has had its balance slightly reduced.
* INFERNO now requires level 2 fire, but does not consume it.
* WREATHE empowered MAUL has had its damage increased in the situation where the target is already ABLAZE.

Necromancy
----------
* SHRIVEL has been sped up.

Runelore
--------
* Significantly increased the period before an EMPOWERed item will have said empowerment fade.

Subterfuge
----------
* DOUBLESTAB has had its dex scaling adjusted.

Tattoos
-------
* TENTACLE will now knock those with and without the nimble trait off balance for the same length of time when brought down from flying.
* The balance knock from TENTACLE now stacks with current off balance. I.e. if you fly and are off balance for 1.5 seconds and get tentacled, 2 seconds will be added to that 1.5 seconds so you will recover balance 3.5 seconds later.

Weaponmastery
-------------
* (Two handed) TORN TENDONS's effect no longer scales based on leg fractures, and the base rate has been adjusted.
* (Two handed) TORN TENDONS will now affect attempts to fly.

Weaponry
--------
* JAB and other such commands now use the standard arm checks - as long as you have one arm free, you can attack.

Weatherweaving
--------------
* WATERSPOUT will now give vertigo if both confusion and dizziness are present.

Misc
----
* RAPIER speed stats have been adjusted. Soulpiercer owners should notice no change - everyone else has got slightly faster.
* SOULPIERCERs have had their accuracy slightly increased.
* You may no longer WALK TO denizens that are loyal to an adventurer using the built in pathing system.
* Attempting to fly under the effects of VERTIGO will now incur a balance loss, much like if you'd hit a room hinder effect such as RITE OF PIETY or GRAVEHANDS on a standard movement attempt.
