More Seafaring Ephemera!

A whole slew of tweaking and fixing has happened since the overhaul of the Seafaring skillset went live. Here's the rundown!

* Velocity breakage of tethers will be more informative when they happen.
* Crews on both ships will now easily see the difference between tethers breaking because of CHOP vs out-of-range vs velocity disparities.
* Being grappled (and each subsequent hook) will slow a ship down by a flat rate (depending on ship size) per hook, per each ship movement tick, resulting in a more realistically gradual slow-down.
* Many grappling bugs have been fixed.
* SHIP DISENGAGE has been resurrected in a slightly different form. It is now used to order your crew to simultaneously cut all FIRED hookshots from your vessel (disengaging the hostile party's end of the grapple).
* Ships may only be plundered three times in a three hour span by an opposing ship. First plunder starts the three hour phase, and if they are plundered twice more in that phase, they are immune to subsequent plunders from that one ship until the three hour phase is over. Note that this grace period does not extend to other ships that seek to plunder.
* Ship auras can now be switched without first being deactivated, then activating a new one.
* SHIPSCAN now works for more than just the first ship seen.
* SHIP MANOEUVRE STANDARD/NORMAL/UNDERWEIGH/UNDER WEIGH now functioning again to neutralise manoeuvres.
* Outlined general SHIPAURA passive affects in AB SEAFARING SHIPAURA.
* AB SEAFARING AMMOENHANCEMENT has been appropriately updated for new syntaxes.
* AB file for FIREWEAPON fixed to remove deck and add hookshot.
* Swashbucklers now benefit from experience gained from ship trading and from seamonster hunting.
* Swashbucklers will no longer be deleted upon dry-docking of ship.
* Seamonsters have been gently spoken to, bribed, and intimidated where appropriate. They ought to be a little less mean now. We will be keeping an eye on this change.
