Just a small update to multiclass bits and pieces, this time with the correct values:

Artefact cooldown times are now:
* A shard of the lesser lorewarden: 350cr
- Reduces the multiclass cooldown to 1 hour.
* A chip of the lesser lorewarden: 800cr
- Reduces the multiclass cooldown to 10 minutes.
* A stone of the lesser lorewarden: 1600cr
- Reduces the multiclass cooldown to 1 minute.

* New class slots now cost 250 bound credits.
