We added some small tweaks to weather today, mainly dealing with clothing warmth and the effects of some abilities.

* WEATHERING (Chivalry/Kaido/Shindo) now has a lesser effect on overall warmth from clothing.

* The overall warmth of clothing was set too high, so we've tweaked this down (about 35%).

As with all new systems, we'll be continually monitoring and improving things as we find them! Please continue to make use of the IDEA and BUG system to submit improvements and problems!
