Bug fixes and tweaks

We've just loaded up a massive batch of tweaks and bugfixes! Here's all the details:

* The error message when using ST/Tab-target in the Nexus client on a target that isn't in the room is now more clear.
* KILL will now attempt to raise the correct channels before trying to FIRELASH (Elementalism).
* Repeatedly hitting a denizen shield will no longer stack equilibrium loss.
* HELP WEATHERWEAVING and HELP PROPAGATION will now show ability lists.
* In-line ENVENOM will now work regardless of what skill you have ENVENOM in.
* Fear affliction is no longer focusable.
* Fear (when given by the WARDING (Devotion) rite) is now correctly masked.
* Fear affliction will no longer cause petrified adventurers to flee.
* Fear afflictions, while off balance, will no longer add random commands to the balance/equilibrium queues.
* Confusion affliction will no longer cause DECAY (Necromancy) and WARP (Occultism) to fail, but extends the equilibrium times.
* DIAGNOSE in practice spars will now correctly send GMCP/Server-side curing updates.
* Server-side curing will no longer attempt to raise the ARIA defence while deaf.
* Server-side curing will now recognise the presence of slickness when sileris/quicksilver fail to apply.
* Server-side curing will now recognise a masked confusion affliction when it causes an ability to fail.
* Server-side curing will now recognise a masked weariness affliction when it causes FLY to fail.
* Server-side curing will now respect equilibrium and balance when attempting to enact the SPLIT MIND defence.
* Server-side curing will now respect ICEFIST, paralysis, and other hindrances when attempting to enact tattoo defences.
* Server-side curing will now maintain the breathing defence more consistently.
* CURING HEALTHAFFSABOVE will now show the configured setting if none is supplied in the command.
* CURING SIPHEALTH and SIPMANA will now show the configured setting if none is supplied in the command.
* CONFIG RAGEMSG will now show the configured setting if none is supplied in the command. CONFIG RAGEMSG CLEAR will now clear all of the options.
* MXP links for opening doors and depositing gold have been improved.
* EMPTY now allows the #<x> syntax. EMPTY VIAL#2 will empty the second vial on your inventory list.
* LIGHT PIPE now allows the #<x> syntax.
* TELL will now give a more succinct syntax when used on its own.
* READNEWS will now give examples for use upon receiving an incorrect syntax.
* CLARITY (Shindo) will no longer drain mana/willpower if the defence is already active.
* BREATHSTREAM (Dragoncraft) will now respect differing elevations correctly.
* BLADESUICIDE (Two Arts) will now be cleared on being ejected from the arena.
* FLUIDSWIM (Survival) has been lowered in the skill.
* CATACLYSM (Crystalism) will now respect shields on a more consistent basis.
* CIRCULATE (Weatherweaving) now has a clearer DEF line.
* OVERCHARGE (Weatherweaving) will now always show all messages to all relevant parties.
* DOUBLESTAB (Subterfuge) will now always generate kai energy/trigger deliverance.
* DOUBLESTRIKE and RIVESTRIKE (Skirmishing) will now always generate kai energy/trigger deliverance.
* BARBS (Skirmishing) can now only be attached to tridents and spears.
* RIVESTRIKE (Skirmishing) is now correctly repelled by prismatic barriers.
* SUMMON FLAME (Metamorphosis) will now be cancelled if switching to a morph without that ability.
* SPIRITWALK (Spiritlore) will now cancel the shield defence when initiated.
* SPIRITWALK (Spiritlore) will no longer be at the mercy of guards summon back abilities.
* PROJECTION (Spiritlore) will no longer take balance when it fails to move.
* PICKPOCKET (Subterfuge) will no longer retrieve iconic shards from denizens.
* STAGNATE and RIPPLESTRIKE (Battlerage) will no longer show double cooldown messages.
* The charm effect on denizens will cause the denizen to attack the adventurer who gave the affliction.
* The amnesia effect on denizens will now clear more effectively.
* PROJECT permissions have been fixed for post-renaissance houses.
* The Grimoire of Hasty Adaptation artefact will now be able to be read to use.
* Artefact tridents now trade in for their current value.
* Using command separators will now retain the case of your subsequent commands.
* Worn items can no longer be priced in shop carts.
* Contracts are now correctly reassigned when an inactive mark is removed.
* CONSOLIDATE will now prioritise artefact vials over regular ones.
* GROUPTELL/GT will no longer interrupt channelled abilities.
* CITY FONT will now show a syntax reminder on an incorrect command.
* WALK TO <player> will no longer work on adventurers on a different phase.
* WALK TO <denizen>, when used with the introduction/task denizens, will now lead adventurers to the ones in their city, rather than the ones in the Great Rock.
* The War Veil relic can now be used by members of the Horkval race.
* HOUSE LIST will now show houses that have to be joined via city-based inductors.
* Adventurers in the newbie intro will no longer see city announcements.
* Literally -HUNDREDS- of improvements to HELP and AB files.
