I've put in a way to turn tells off. HELP TELLS will tell you about it.

I've also put in cute little humgiis. These furry little creatures are
always VERY hungry, and will eat anything you give them. There is no point in trying to kill them though, as they can heal themselves much faster than you can do damage to them. I have put a bunch of them, all on leashes (so they don't run around eating buildings, etc), in various places around the land. These places include:
Dockhand Square in Ashtan, south of Epicurus, Center of the ashtan market, entrance to ashtan, right by hakhim, west of averroes, at the gate to shallam, centre of the market in Hashan, by Liirup, by Damaris, South of Founders Monument in Hashan, in the Crystal Leaf Inn, and at the Arena staging grounds. Use the Humgiis to get rid of anything you don't want.
