We've just put in a bunch of new changes based off submitted IDEAS and the Golden Dais forum! Here's the details:

* INV, II, and LOOK <adventurer> have all been overhauled, giving a more organised view!
* SMUDGE LEFT/RIGHT now works for smudging runes on wielded weapons.
* City Destruction tanks can now be STOREd.
* City Destruction tanks will now ask for confirmation when RETRIEVE'ing a non-imbued tank.
* RETRIEVE, PLACE, and STORE, when use with City Destruction tanks, now accept the tank#x syntax to specify which item to use.
* Newbie knights can now freely switch Weaponmastery specialisation until level 25.
* ASSESS <adventurer> can be used on arena participants while in the spectator stands.
* Abilities in Groves no longer require the practitioner to dismount first.
* Artefacts will now show an alert to the owner when a loaned item resets to them.
* CONFIG SHIPPROMPT ON|OFF has been added.
* Sailors can now GLANCE HARBOUR from the quarterdeck of a docked ship.
* House credit transfers will now show the reason to the recipient.
* NMARK will no longer change your current read position on a newsboard when re-referencing a marked post.
* RANKINGS XP <person> has been added.
* WRITELOG will now echo the logged message back to the logger.
* CITY|HOUSE CHARGE <person> WITH <crime id> has been added.
* GALLOP may now be used while on the back of a Tarot chariot.
* Shop taxes are now only payable by the shop owner.
* TELLS now accepts arguments to filter the results. TELLS TECTON, for example, will show tells to and from Tecton, as well as any tell mentioning everyone's favourite Terraformer.
