Classlead Changes: January 2015 - Part 2

We're pleased to announce the second batch of Classlead changes, stemming from our recent special season. Here's a list of all of the changes:
Artificing
----------
* DESTABILISE GROUND will now have a diminishing return on subsequent destabilisations. Adventurers will be treated if they are able to fly until the next time they land.
* GOLEMCRAFT golems shall now disappear after 8 hours. This timer is reset if any golem related action is performed.
Chivalry
--------
* FALCONs will no longer harry an adventurer off-balance, but can now shred the aura of rebounding.
* FURY will no longer be gated by time active when used in the arena.
Crystalism
----------
* RETARDATION will now affect thrown weapons from outside of the room, similar to arrows.
Formulation
-----------
* SCRUBbing the INCENDIARY compound off the skin now consumes balance.
* DEVITALISATION's effect shall fade faster if the Alchemist is away from the room where the compound was thrown.
* The TRUEBLIND affliction has had its duration increased.
* NUTRITIONAL is now correctly modified by the formulation's potency.
General
-------
* Writhing from impale will now have its time calculated depending on the state of the writher when impaled, not at the time of writhing.
* Warhammer to-hit stats have been increased.
Physiology
----------
* TEMPER has had its balance cost increased, providing more synergy with WRACK.
Spiritlore
----------
* ATTUNE effects bound to curses will no longer fire if the curse was blocked by curseward.
* SOULREND has been adjusted; it should give more consistent fashions at higher mana levels while the maximum number obtainable has been capped at lower mana levels.
* SPIRITWALK will now drain willpower less frequently.
Weaponmastery
-------------
Two handed:
* APPLYing health will now cure two level of a fracture again, but only if there are more than 5 fractures.
* DEVASTATE will now increase a limb level of damage, if that limb is already broken when attempting the attack.
Sword and Shield:
* SHIELD DRIVE and SHIELD SMASH now respect the aura of rebounding defence.
* Attacks against denizens will no longer generate FEROCITY.
* Attacks that hit rebounding shall no longer generate FEROCITY.
Dual blunt:
* EXPENDing momentum on head, both arms, and torso has had its costs reduced. EXPENDing on legs remains the same.
Weaponry
--------
* SHATTER now required a weapon proficiency to use a weapon of that type.
