Knight class specialisation

As mentioned in the initial ANNOUNCE post, we enabled a special mode to allow free switching between the knight specs, as well as giving all adventurers all of the weapon proficiencies. We'll be turning that mode off at the Serenade tonight (00:00 GMT), meaning that:
* All knight specialisations will be reset, allowing a final free respecialisation.
* Further respecialisation will now cost 100 lessons.
* When you select your specialisation, you'll be granted a proficiency in one of the weapons used in your specialisation.
- Two Handed: Bastard Sword
- Sword and Shield: Longsword
- Dual Cutting: Scimitar
- Dual Blunt: Flail
* Changing specialisation will also change out the "free" specialisation, assuming that it was not previously trained. For example, if you do not have the longsword proficiency, and you select the Sword and Shield specialisation, you'll gain that proficiency for as long as you remain in that specialisation. Should you respecialise, you'll lose the longsword proficiency, and gain the appropriate one for your new specialisation.
* Additional proficiencies and/or permanently learning a proficiency (so that you retain it after switching specialisation/class) will be handled as per HELP PROFICIENCIES. Whetstones will be taken in place of the 100 lessons, should you be in possession of one.
