Just keeping you all updated on the credit card situation. I have been informed many times that it will be done "within 2 days" and of course it's still not taken care of. This morning I received a phone call asking for detailed documents from us from the last 6 months. Hopefully this will be the last thing they want from us, but I have no confidence whatsoever in any company at this point.
