Just a clarification post about PK status in the Reckoning:

1) The Tundra and Polyargos are considered free-PK/Treacherous areas -only- when Torrid Rakia (Polyargos) and Oughlor (Tundra) are around. You will be able to check the status of their presence on CONCLAVESTATUS.

2) Anyone holding a facet is considered fair game.

3) Any situations outside of these constitutes regular PK. An adventure who has declared for the opposing Conclave challenger is not considered grounds for attack on its own.
