Some other small new releases following our rift changes yesterday:
* The number of a particular riftable item will now be coloured if below 5% (red) or at 100% (green) of the maximum limit.
* PACTS has been overhauled to match the new DECKLIST output.
* Prospero's Vaults now provide benefit while inside a container in the owner's inventory.
